Volunteering has the potential to transform your experience at LSE. Student feedback shows it can improve your well-being, help you make new friends and discover London. It’s also a fantastic way to gain skills that employers will find attractive and, of course, contribute to a cause that you’re passionate about. Plus, it can help you better understand your course. So why not make volunteering your New Year’s Resolution for 2018?
You can find out more about our campaign and services at our stall outside SAW on Tuesday 9 January from 12-2pm. Your Student Volunteering Ambassadors will also be there to answer your questions. We’ve also planned a seminar on Monday 15 January we’re you can find out how you can start volunteering.
Make sure to set yourself on attending on our Facebook event to stay up-to-date with volunteering related opportunities at the beginning of term. You can also share your volunteering New Year’s resolution on the event page. Or tweet us using #LSEnewyearpledge and tag us on Instagram whilst using the #LSEnewyearpledge hashtag. And why not tag a friend who you think should start volunteering too!
