The Postgraduate Dissertation (GV499) gives Department of Government students the opportunity to develop independent research skills and expand academic horizons over an extended piece of writing. We took the opportunity to interview some of our MSc graduates to learn about their outstanding work and how the unique learning environment of the LSE shaped research passions into first class dissertations.

With topics ranging from the regulation of public services to perspectives on nationalism in an internationalised world, these interviews profile a few of our recent MSc graduates as they reflect on writing GV499.
