The Reading Room service operating from the Lower Ground Floor of the Library will be closed from 10 March, reopening again on the 31 March.

During the closure the Library will relocate staff and collections to the new location on the Library’s 4th Floor.

The Reading Room is located on the fourth floor of the Lionel Robbins Building, creating a 40-seat research facility, allowing all Library visitors to access the Library’s collections. The new area will also play an integral role within the Library’s wider redevelopment plans for the Lionel Robbins Building.

The Reading Room will be followed by an Exhibition Space and Teaching and Activity Room, both of which are expected to open later in the year.
