medical technologiesThe number of innovative medical technologies addressing high unmet medical need and offering significant improvements in survival and patient quality of life has increased in recent years. In some cases, innovative therapies introduced are offering a cure rather than long-term maintenance. The high cost and potential budget impact of these technologies has raised concern amongst decision-makers.
