OneDrive for Business (OD4B) will be available for all staff and students from Tuesday 13 December 2016.

Part of our Office 365 (O365) provision, OD4B is a cloud-based service which provides users with 1TB of storage for files and documents. A complement to your H: Space file storage, OD4B gives you a safe, secure place to store and sync your individual work or study documents.

There will be a number of ways to access OD4B for Mac and PC users; either via the O365 waffle (App launcher) menu when logged into the O365 website, using the Windows or Mac Sync Client software from your computer, or using the mobile apps for iPhone / iPad and Android.

Please note: Linux users can only access OD4B via the O365 website:

Easy to use and intuitive, staff and students are advised to treat OD4B as an extension of their H: Space. While the system supports the sharing and co-authoring of documents, it is intended for your personal work/study use. If you need a file sharing/storing system to support group work, please contact IMT to discuss your options.

For more information about OD4B @ LSE, please see the Online Guides and FAQs section on our website. These pages will also include full guidance on how to download the OD4B Sync Client.

If you have any questions about the new service, do not hesitate to get in touch with our IT Service Desk:
