IMT are recruiting for a part time Student Helpdesk Analyst to join the IT Helpdesk and provide IT support to LSE undergraduates.

Student Helpdesk Analysts work with the IT Service Desk team answering queries online, over the telephone and by email to provide first-line trouble-shooting for IT issues.

To apply for the role, you’ll need to be a continuing LSE student with a helpful attitude and some experience of working in a customer service role. Previous experience of working in IT support would be beneficial.
