IMT will be carrying out essential maintenance to our campus access control system starting on Monday 27 from 10am until 3pm on Tuesday 27 March.

Taming Big Data with Python | Thursday 23 March from 6pm 

The next python user group (LSE PUG) meet-up will feature Patrick Morris (BlackRock) on ‘Taming Big Data with Python’.

Demonstrating data ingest and visualisation, the session will use common Python libraries such as Pandas and Matplotlib. These powerful and comprehensive toolsets allow for the reading and writing of different files, data cleansing, data wrangling and visualisation.

Microsoft O365 Issue: Missing App Launcher Tiles

IMT are aware of an issue Microsoft is having with displaying some application links, including the OneDrive for Business (OD4B) tile, via the Office 365 app launcher or your portal homepage.

Microsoft are working on a resolution to this issue which is also affecting colleagues from other higher education institutions. We’ll notify you as soon as the problem is fixed.

Cabling Maintenance: SAW, Thursday 9 – Friday 24 March

IMT will carry out essential cabling maintenance on all floors of the Saw Swee Hock Building over the next two weeks.
