Deptshared Migration: Service unavailable this Saturday

IMT will be migrating the departmental shared storage service (DeptShared) to new hardware on Saturday 18 November between 8am – 12pm (noon).

For the duration of these works, there will be no access to the service. While following the migration, you may notice mapping to your Deptshared area has disconnected.

IMT are aware that the desktop telephone voicemail service is currently experiencing some technical issues.

As a consequence people may find that they are no longer receiving emails notifying them when they have a voicemail.

Printer and Computer IP Address Migrations

IMT will be migrating printers over to new IP addresses from Tuesday 7th to Friday 10th of November between 09:30 to 15:30 each day, in the following buildings:

Cowdray House
Kings Chambers
Lakatos Building
50 Lincoln’s Inn Fields
