Resolved: Significant Incident – Internet disruption

Our supplier have confirmed that the root cause of the incident has been identified, and that service has returned to normal. You should not experience any further problems with your internet connection.
Impact on the LSE network appears to have been minimal, but we will continue to monitor the situation closely.

Connection to the eduroam service has now been restored. If you had moved over to The Cloud, you’re advised to reconnect to eduroam as it is the most secure service.

Significant Incident Resolved: eduroam access restored

Full access to the eduroam service has now been restored. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Previous messages:
Initial investigation shows those already connected to eduroam should still have access to the service. The issue is arising when users are attempting to log on.

We will continue working on a resolution. The next update will be at 2pm.

Significant Incident Resolved: Eprint Service Available

Access to ePrint was restored on Monday 22nd August 2016.

Significant Incident: LSE Advancement Phones Unavaliable

Please be aware that LSE Advancement are currently unable to make or receive phone calls.

IMT are liaising with the supplier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

An update will be issued when the phone service has resumed.

 

 

Significant Incident: Deptshared Service Now Available

Access to files and folders on Deptshared has now been restored. IMT will continue to closely monitor the situation today while we investigate the route cause of the issues.

Issue with Deptshared now resolved

At 17:40 IMT were made aware of an issue accessing Deptshared based file shares. The problem has now been resolved. If you are still experiencing problems with file shares please restart your computer then contact us if the problem persists.
