What are the causes of poverty? What is the nature of our moral obligations towards the global poor? And what are effective policies and strategies of development? Combining normative argument with empirical analysis, political philosopher Thomas Pogge and development economist David Hulme explored issues of poverty, justice and development in an inter-disciplinary dialogue.
