The Equality and Diversity team wishes everybody a very happy new year and presents the School’s Diversity Calendar for 2013 and the Lent Term events flyer.

Thank you to all at and outside LSE who have expressed an interest and participated in the School’s equality and diversity agenda through this blog and otherwise. It’s your interest and contribution that keeps us going. In the new year, we have many exciting plans to take the agenda forward.

For now, we are very pleased to annouce that for the second year running, we’ve worked on producing a Diversity Calendar for the School. This year the calendar is even more special as the images it contains are contributions from LSE staff and students. These vibrant images from around the globe were submitted for the photo competition we held last year and were selected by a judging panel. The calendar is organised around themes relevant to equality and diversity and also contains notable dates and related resources available at the School.

We are also excited about the series of equality and diversity events planned for this term. This term will see LGBT History Month (February) and Women’s History Month (March) and there will be plenty to keep you engaged. Besides these, we have our regular workshops and training events running. You can find information and details about all the events this term in our Lent Term flyer.
