Are you a member of an equality and diversity network at LSE or interested in joining one? Do you want to find out more about other networks and how you could work together? Or you may be leading a network and interested in exploring what support the School can offer you. If so, come along to the lunchtime session on 29 April – ‘Belonging – the role of equality and diversity networks at LSE’.

The Equality and Diversity team is hosting a networking session for all equality and diversity related staff and student networks at LSE. The session will provide an opportunity to share ideas and explore ways of working together. It will also give networks a chance to discuss the kind and level of support they may need from the School and ways of achieving it.

Redefining differenceThe session is open to members of networks, those interested in joining such networks and indeed, those keen to set up a network.

The session will take place on 29 April, from 12.30pm to 2pm and lunch will be provided. Book your place through the Training System.

If you haven’t been involved with equality and diversity networks at the School before, you can find information about them on the Equality and Diversity homepage (under the tab ‘Engagement’). Current staff networks include –

  • Disabled Staff Network
  • EMBRACE (BME staff network)
  • Gender Equality Forum
  • Network for carers
  • Network for parents and parents-to-be
  • SPECTRUM
