Bulgaria highlights the difficulties that lie ahead for Laura Kovesi as the EU’s chief prosecutor

Laura Codruta Kovesi, the former chief prosecutor of Romania’s National Anticorruption Directorate, is expected to be approved as the new head of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office.
