We’re more or less doing 100% support at the moment.  We’ve got one person on front-line support and the other three of us are doing second line support, backing up the person on the front-line.   A  backlog had developed over the past two weeks but we cleared that yesterday, so we hope to be giving same-day responses from now on.  There have been several problems with inter-system data transfers that were causing problems with class registers and course approvals – we think we’ve fixed all of these now.
