Network access was restored at Grosvenor House late last night. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the unplanned outage yesterday.

Unfortunately the network connection at Grosvenor House will remain down for the next couple of days due to a physical break in the cable. The contractors responsible for the issue are working to restore connection as soon as possible.

IMT are aware of a issue with the Network at Grosvenor House which means residents will have no link to LSE resources or be able to use their phones.
