Get to grips with the key concepts of coding with LSE’s new course, Think like a programmer: An introduction to the concepts behind coding.

Run in conjunction with LSE LIFE and the IT Training team, this brand-new course will introduce you to the key concepts of programming languages without the need for any prior programming knowledge.

You’ll learn the basics of how coding languages work, write your own pseudocode, and work with logic structures, algorithms, and functions.

From the knowledge you gain, you’ll have a greater understanding of these concepts with any programming language, and you’ll be able to put your skills to use with your chosen language – whether it’s Python, Java, Javascript or C++.
