This morning the IMT Service Desk became aware of an issue that was causing Outlook to open slowly. The issue was possibly related to a wide scale problem with the Microsoft 365 service that the LSE email service uses.

Since lunchtime IMT have been unable to replicate the issue and no new reports have been received by the service desk.
