Here at USC the breakout sessions mean a less cohesive dialogue but lots of good models and case studies.
How about a public service radio brodcaster with a website that allows people to upload stories that are then rebroadcast on radio. Try vocalo.org It is still hosted by radio people but it is deliberately free form seeking dialogue through citizen producer serendipity. Subjects in a typical segment (they have music too):
