It’s ‘weather porn’ time again. For all readers who live in places where snow-fall is usual, please look away now. For us in England, especially London, serious snow-fall is a novelty and serious snow in April is positively outlandish. This felt like a version of The Day After Tomorrow filmed on Hampstead Heath.
Once every decade there is enough snow to sledge on Parliament Hill and this time it was at a weekend so everyone could enjoy it. And it is also a wonderful opportunity for the public to post their pictures as part of networked journalism.
