The LSE SU India Society gears up to host ‘India Week 2013’ at LSE from January 28 to February 3.

India Week is an annual celebration of many facets of the world’s largest democracy, organised and hosted by the LSE SU India Society, Spice (Society for the Promotion of Indian Culture and Ethos). This year, LSE India Week, the world’s largest India-centric campus event, runs from Monday, January 28 to Sunday February 3.

Through a variety of events, Spice seeks to make the LSE community more knowledgeable about India: its food, traditions, economy, Bollywood, and more. These will be showcased as they are seen through the eyes of the country’s youth at LSE. Speakers include Gulab Kothari (CEO Patrika Group), Lord Raj Loomba, Milind Kangle (CEO Lyca Mobile), Lord Meghnad Desai, and award-winning singer H. Dhani. LSE students can even anticipate riding a tuk tuk through Houghton Street!

For more information, including an events schedule, follow Spice on Facebook or Twitter @LSESUIndiaSoc.
