The Sir Ratan Tata Foundation and the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE) invites applications for the Sir Ratan Tata Fellowship, now in its eighteenth year. Applicants should be scholars in the social sciences with experience of research on South Asia. They should hold a PhD – the fellowship is not intended for students registered for a degree or diploma, nor is it intended for senior academics.

Subir Chowdhury Fellowship on Quality and Economics
The India Observatory/Asia Research Centre (ARC), London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE) invites applications for the Subir Chowdhury Fellowship on Quality and Economics. The Fellowship is supported by the Subir and Malini Chowdhury Foundation. Applicants should be scholars in the social sciences with experience of research on India and/or Bangladesh. Applicants should hold a PhD – the Fellowship is not intended for students registered for a degree or diploma.

The Bagri Fellowship supports full-time PhD students at LSE working on research related to the economy and society of India. Students must be in their thesis writing stage and be registered with any Department of LSE for the academic year 2014-15.
