Ahead of the first stage of the National Riots Panel report, Labour’s Home Affairs Spokesperson Stella Creasy sets out her thoughts on what the riots say about the condition of communities across Britain and what this means for progressive politicians.  Leading ‘Red Tory’ thinker Phillip Blond will respond.
