A student’s initial living experience is close to the heart and can set the tone for their overall student experience. The session, led by Rachael Elliott, head of residential life, will explore key student development theories and how they inform the work of residential life to create an inclusive environment within LSE halls.
The aim of this session is to provide participants with –
- an introduction to student development theories; and
- an opportunity to discuss key aspects of those theories and how they might apply to life in LSE residences.
20 May, 12.30-2 pm (lunch provided)
