“My research investigates global financial governance involving the offshore dimension with my revised PhD thesis published as Offshore Finance and Small States: Sovereignty, Size and Money (Palgrave, 2008).  Offshore finance has been a central factor in more than a dozen publications, most recently Offshore Finance and Global Governance: Disciplining the Tax Nomad (Palgrave 2017), with further publications interrogating global initiatives to counter the financing of terrorism.”
