LSE is holding a bunch of virtual events for prospective graduate students between 8-19 November. While sitting in front of your computer and listening to people talk about LSE is certainly not the same as being able to walk around the campus and have a look for yourself, there are such a large number of events taking place to help you. But, you may find yourself wondering which ones are even worth attending. Here is a list of four events which are guaranteed to answer all your questions about being an LSE student:

Applying to LSE for graduate study: LSE’s Graduate Admissions team is holding three live online sessions where they will answer any questions you may have about applying to LSE. This includes everything from the application process to what selectors are looking for in an application. Those attending these events may also submit their own questions for the team to answer. These sessions are taking place on:

Monday 8 November 2021, 4-5 pm

Friday 12 November 2021, 1-2 pm

Thursday 18 November 2021, 10-11 am

Current Student panels: LSE’s Student Marketing and Recruitment team have organised two sessions with current LSE graduate students. There is one session with masters students and one with PhD students. During these sessions, the current LSE students will talk about their experience with the application process. You may also ask the students about how they are finding their current time at LSE. These are informal events and allow you to talk to your peers one-on-one. These sessions are taking place on:

Masters student panel: Wednesday 10 November 2021, 1-2 pm

PhD student panel: Wednesday 17 November 2021, 1-2 pm

Funding your studies at LSE: LSE’s Financial Support team is holding two live sessions where they will talk about all the different ways in which you can fund your graduate studies. LSE offers need based as well as merit based scholarships. There are a wide range of subject-specific and country-specific scholarships available too. Those attending the event can also submit questions for the team to answer. These sessions are taking place on:

Wednesday 10 November 2021, 2:30-3:30 pm

Tuesday 16 November 2021, 11:30-12:30 pm

LSE Discovery sessions: Are you still confused about applying to LSE? Well this is the event for you! LSE’s Student Marketing and Recruitment team are holding three live sessions to introduce you to what life is like at LSE. These sessions will introduce you to the academic as well as administrative aspects of LSE. Those attending the event can also submit questions for the team to answer. Long story short, if there is only one virtual graduate day event you are attending, make sure it is this one! These sessions are taking place on:

Wednesday 10 November 2021, 10-11 am

Wednesday 17 November 2021, 4-5 pm

Wednesday 8 December 2021, 10-11 am

This is not all!
