New blog post on financial and legal barriers to the creation and operation of a National Investment Bank

Rob Jump, Lecturer in economics at the University of the West of England, and Natalya Naqvi, Assistant Professor in the Department of International Relations at LSE, have recently published a guest paper with the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose about financial and legal barriers to the creation and operation of a National Investment Bank.
