Rob Jump, Lecturer in economics at the University of the West of England, and Natalya Naqvi, Assistant Professor in the Department of International Relations at LSE, have recently published a guest paper with the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose about financial and legal barriers to the creation and operation of a National Investment Bank.
