ORGCon2013 Digital Rights Conference – Saturday 8 June

The Open Rights Group is hosting the ORGCon2013 digital rights conference on Saturday 8th June 2013 at the Institute of Engineering and Technology, 2 Savoy Place, London WC2R 0BL. It will feature a full day of workshops headlined by John Perry Barlow, co-founder of Electronic Frontier Foundation, and Tim Wu, legal expert and author of ‘The Master Switch’. The programme covers discussions about the latest issues in censorship, copyright, surveillance, child protection and privacy.

ORG is encouraging academics and students to use the conference to get more involved in researching digital rights, law and privacy issues. Student tickets are discounted to £6.00. For more details about ORGCon visit orgcon.openrightsgroup.org.
